Privacy policy

This notice explains how Kebabberia Pizzeria Umar processes the personal data of website visitors and customers who place an order, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number and, for delivery, your address and approximate location to check that it is inside our delivery area. We also store the content of the order and any notes. If you leave a review, we store the name you enter, your rating and your text.

Why we use it

We use your data to prepare and deliver your order, to contact you when needed (for example via WhatsApp or phone) and to remember your details for future orders. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Promotional messages are only sent with your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

At the end of your order you can send us the summary via WhatsApp. In that case the message is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd under its own privacy policy.

Retention

Order data is kept for as long as required by tax and accounting obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months for other purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Providers

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., the database by Neon Inc. and images by Cloudflare Inc., acting as data processors. Address search uses the OpenStreetMap service.

Maps

The maps on this website use OpenStreetMap data. The map images are served through our own server: your browser does not connect to any outside service and no cookies are used.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by contacting us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
